Terms and Conditions Hello Vizag Ticketing Platform Effective Date: April 2026

Welcome to Hello Vizag (operated by [UKP Media], hereinafter referred to as “Hello Vizag”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hello Vizag. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Overview

Hello Vizag is a hyper-local ticketing platform that allows event organizers (“Organizers” or “Vendors”) to list events and sell tickets to users (“Buyers” or “You”) in Visakhapatnam and surrounding areas of Andhra Pradesh. We act as a facilitator between Organizers and Buyers.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Registration

• Buyers and Organizers must create an account to make purchases or list events.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

5. Ticket Purchase and Booking

• All ticket sales are final and subject to these Terms.
• Tickets are issued subject to the specific event’s terms set by the Organizer.
• Prices displayed include taxes where applicable. A convenience fee (platform service charge) may be added at checkout and is non-refundable in most cases.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the Organizer.
• You must present a valid digital or physical ticket for entry. Hello Vizag is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy (Strict No-Refund Policy)

• Buyer Cancellations: All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable by the Buyer, except in cases where the Organizer cancels or reschedules the event.
• Event Cancellations by Organizer: If the Organizer cancels the event, the ticket amount (excluding the convenience fee and any transaction/processing charges) will be refunded to the Buyer or returned to the Organizer as per the agreement. Important: In case of event cancellation, the full ticket amount (minus transaction/processing fees and platform convenience fee) will be given to the Event Vendor/Organizer. Buyers will be notified, and refunds (if any) will be processed as per Organizer’s decision and within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• No Refunds for partial attendance, no-shows, or change of plans by the Buyer.
• Hello Vizag reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.
• All convenience fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

7. Organizer Responsibilities

• Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details, pricing, availability, and execution of the event.
• Organizers must deliver the promised event experience.
• Organizers agree to our commission structure as per the selected package (Starter, Growth, or Premium).
• Organizers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including tax, safety, and licensing requirements.

8. Platform Fees and Commissions

• Hello Vizag charges a fixed commission (as per the chosen package) on each ticket sold.
• A convenience fee is charged to the Buyer at the time of purchase.
• Payment processing fees are deducted from the transaction amount.
• Organizers receive their share after deduction of applicable fees. Payouts are processed within 48 hours (or as per package terms).

9. Limitation of Liability

• Hello Vizag acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any event.
• We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience caused by the Organizer or at the event venue.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the ticket amount paid by the Buyer for the specific transaction.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (logos, designs, text, images) is owned by Hello Vizag or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without prior written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
