Indira Gandhi Zoological Park (IGZP) is one of India's largest zoological parks, spread across approximately 625 acres amidst the lush Eastern Ghats in Visakhapatnam. Established in 1977, the zoo is home to over 800 animals representing more than 100 species, including Bengal tigers, Asiatic lions, leopards, elephants, deer, reptiles, crocodiles, birds, and primates.
