Whether you're a seasoned board game enthusiast or trying one for the first time, this event is designed for everyone to connect, laugh, and have a great time. ₹100 from your ticket is refundable as a food & beverage voucher, which can be redeemed at Bean Board during the event.

A variety of popular strategy, party, and classic board games will be available, with hosts to guide you through the rules. Bring your friends or come solo—you'll always find a table to join!

Hello Vizag acts only as the ticketing platform for this event. The event is organized and managed solely by the event organizer.

Hello Vizag shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, cancellation, disputes, or any other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Participants are expected to follow the venue rules and maintain respectful behavior throughout the event. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant for inappropriate conduct.

The event is open only to participants 15 years of age and above.

₹100 from each ticket is redeemable against food and beverages at Bean Board during the event and is valid only on the event day. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or activities if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to photography/videography for promotional purposes.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
