Terms & Conditions – Vanajangi Trek | Monsoon Hikes Edition

1. Entry/participation is permitted only with a valid ticket or confirmed booking.

2. The trek is scheduled for 9 August 2026, from 3:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Vanajangi, Paderu.

3. The trek fee is ₹2,500 per person, including transportation as specified by the organizer.

4. Participants must be between 12 and 60 years of age. Participants below 18 years must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

5. Participants should be physically fit enough to undertake trekking and outdoor activities. Any relevant medical conditions or physical limitations should be disclosed to the trek organizers before participation.

6. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the trek leaders throughout the journey and trek.

7. Trek timings, routes, viewpoints, sunrise visibility, and itinerary may change depending on weather, trail conditions, local restrictions, safety considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Sunrise, cloud formations, visibility, and other natural experiences are dependent on weather conditions and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

9. Participants should carry appropriate trekking shoes, rain protection, water, personal medication, and other essentials recommended by the organizers.

10. Transportation will be provided according to the organizer's planned pickup and drop schedule. Participants are expected to report at the designated pickup point on time.

11. The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, shorten, reroute, or cancel any part of the trek when necessary for participant safety.

12. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the trip.

13. Trekking involves inherent outdoor risks, including slippery terrain, changing weather, uneven trails, and other natural conditions. Participants are expected to exercise appropriate caution and cooperate with trek leaders.

14. Any participant engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour or refusing to follow safety instructions may be removed from the activity.

15. All tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable once booked. Hello Vizag acts solely as the ticketing platform and is not the organizer or operator of the trek. Hello Vizag is not responsible or liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, itinerary change, cancellation, transportation issue, weather-related disruption, dispute, or any other incident occurring before, during, or after the event.
