Entry to The Social Mela is permitted only with a valid ticket or confirmed booking.

The event will be held on 9 August 2026, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Gypsy Cafe, Visakhapatnam.

The entry ticket is priced at ₹110 per person and is valid only for the date mentioned on the ticket.

The event is open to guests aged 2 years and above. Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Entry tickets may not include charges for individual workshops, activities, food, beverages, shopping, or other paid experiences unless specifically mentioned.

Activities such as pottery, matcha making, beading workshops, and other experiences are subject to availability and may have limited slots.

The availability of stalls, activities, workshops, vendors, and experiences may change at the organizer's discretion.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer and venue are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Guests must follow all venue rules and instructions provided by the organizers or event staff.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone engaging in inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour.

The event schedule, activities, vendors, or arrangements may be modified, postponed, or changed due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.

Photography and videography may take place during the event. By attending, guests acknowledge that photographs or videos may be used for event-related promotional purposes.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased. Hello Vizag acts only as the ticketing platform and is not the organizer of The Social Mela. Hello Vizag shall not be responsible or liable for any incident, injury, loss, damage, cancellation, change, dispute, or other issue arising before, during, or after the event.
