1. Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Participants are requested to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for registration and check-in.

3. The workshop is a hands-on activity, and participants must carefully handle plants, soil, rocks, glass containers and other materials provided.

4. All materials required for creating the terrarium will be provided during the workshop, subject to availability.

5. Each participant is entitled to create and take home one terrarium, as part of their workshop experience.

6. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult throughout the event.

7. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organiser and venue will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal items.

8. Participants must follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided by the organiser and venue staff. Any damage caused due to negligence may be chargeable to the participant.

9. The organiser reserves the right to change the event schedule, venue arrangements or cancel/postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed of any major changes.

10. Hello Vizag is only the ticketing platform and is not the event organiser. Hello Vizag is not responsible for the event's execution, venue, safety, materials, cancellations, postponements, injuries, losses, damages, or any other incident that may occur during the event. All ticket sales are non-refundable. Any event-related concerns must be addressed directly with the event organiser.
