Step into a deeper journey of yoga, breath, meditation, and stillness with the Advanced & Wellness Sadhana Retreat. Designed for those looking to deepen their practice and experience mindful relaxation, the retreat combines advanced yoga sessions with immersive wellness practices.

🌅 Morning Session: 6:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Advanced-level yoga practice with a 90-minute session.

🌙 Evening Session: 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Dedicated wellness sessions featuring Breath Work, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing.

19th September: Breath Work + Sound Healing

The retreat is happening on 18th & 19th September 2026.

There are two sessions each day: Morning from 6:00 AM–8:30 AM and Evening from 4:00 PM–6:30 PM.

The morning session features advanced-level yoga.

The 18th September evening session includes Breath Work and Yoga Nidra. The 19th September evening session includes Breath Work and Sound Healing.

The retreat is held at Pallavi Mudraa Yoga Studio, Pedda Waltair, Visakhapatnam, with no age limit.
