Event Organizer: The event is organized and conducted by Her Haven. Hello Vizag acts as a ticketing partner and facilitates ticket bookings for the event.

Event Details: The event, Shagun Ki Sanjh – Pre Karva Chauth Celebrations, is scheduled for 28th October 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at Hotel Ocean Vista Bay, RK Beach Road, Vizag-17.

Registration Fee: The registration fee mentioned on the event poster is ₹899. Any applicable booking fees or additional charges, if any, will be displayed during booking.

Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable unless a refund is required by applicable law or expressly announced by the organizer.

Event Cancellation or Postponement: If the event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, the organizer will determine the applicable refund or alternative arrangements. Hello Vizag will communicate relevant information made available by the organizer.

Organizer's Responsibility: Her Haven is responsible for event management, venue arrangements, safety, security, activities, facilities, refreshments, and the overall event experience.

Hello Vizag's Role and Liability: Hello Vizag acts as a ticketing partner and is not the organizer or producer of the event. Its responsibility and liability are limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Venue Rules: All attendees must follow the rules and instructions of the venue and event organizers. The organizer or venue management may refuse entry or remove attendees who violate applicable rules or engage in unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer and Hello Vizag are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Event Activities and Facilities: The event poster mentions Mehndi, Nail Art, High Tea, Snacks, Festive Tambola, and Exciting Giveaways. The availability and delivery of these activities and facilities are subject to the organizer's arrangements.

Tambola Prize: The poster advertises a chance to win ₹5,100 at Tambola games. Participation, eligibility, prize distribution, and any applicable conditions will be determined by the organizer and communicated to attendees.

Event Changes: The organizer may change event timings, activities, facilities, or other arrangements when necessary. Attendees should check the latest event information before attending.

Entry and Registration: Attendees must present a valid ticket or booking confirmation, where applicable, to gain entry. Tickets and booking confirmations must not be duplicated, altered, or misused.
