1. Ticketing Platform: Hello Vizag is only a ticketing and event-listing platform. The event is organized and conducted by the respective event organizer.

2. Event Responsibility: Hello Vizag is not responsible for the event’s organization, venue, schedule, activities, quality, or for any loss, damage, injury, accident, or other incident that may occur during the event.

3. Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets purchased for this event are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or officially communicated by the organizer.

4. Event Changes: The organizer reserves the right to modify the event timing, venue, activities, or other event details. Participants will be informed of any major changes where applicable.

5. Organizer’s Rules: Participants must follow the rules, safety instructions, and guidelines provided by the event organizer and venue.

6. Participant Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and their own safety while participating in the event.

7. Age & Participation: Participants must comply with any age restrictions or participation requirements specified by the event organizer.

8. Ticket Validity: Each ticket is valid only for the event, date, and details mentioned on the ticket. Duplicate, altered, or unauthorized tickets may not be accepted.

9. Event Cancellation: In case of event cancellation or postponement, the refund or rescheduling policy will be determined and communicated by the event organizer, subject to applicable law.

10. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a ticket, the attendee acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and understands that Hello Vizag acts solely as a ticketing platform and is not the event organizer.
