Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket or confirmed reservation.

The event is scheduled for 1 August 2026 from 7:30 PM onwards at The Tribe, The Park Visakhapatnam.

A ₹1,000 cover charge per person is applicable and is fully redeemable on food and beverages as per the venue's policy.

Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID, if required by the venue.

Karaoke participation is open to all attendees; however, song requests and performance opportunities will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to event flow.

The management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest involved in inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior without any refund.

Outside food, beverages, alcohol, or prohibited items are not allowed inside the venue.

Photography and videography may take place during the event. By attending, guests consent to the use of their photographs or videos for promotional purposes.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers and venue are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, performer lineup, or other arrangements due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.

Guests must comply with all venue rules and safety instructions throughout the event.

Tickets are valid only for the specified event date and time and cannot be transferred unless approved by the organizer.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.
